For the past year or so iv been experiencing some symptoms like poor concentration, memory, anxiety and fatigue.
I have 96.26 °F by waking up. I just got some lab results which I’m not sure if they are good. To start I have TSH of 2.270 μUI/mL which according to ray is pretty high. Prolactin is 9.21 ng/mL which is again high according to ray. T3 is 1.16 ng/mL and T4 is 7.μg/dL. Cortisol is 8.50 μg/dL. Total Testosterone is 9.0500 ng/mL. I have been working on my diet and lifestyle but still have some issues. I haven’t supplemented anything. I would really appreciate the comments or suggestions.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC9258892/ - Exercise but not vigorously. Like treadmilling preferably intervals for incline then flat - repeat for around 6 minutes - 1/4 mile. Every two days. That's around 7 minutes per session.
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC9365113/ - weights (machines) - once a week for one set for 10 different machines for around 7 reps until muscles are spent. That's around 20 minutes.

Then adjust.

Maybe you won't need over the counter supplements.

Some doctors (check) will suggest vigorous exercise. Vigorous exercise is a good way to kill motivation.

Hey, I really appreciate your response. I will definitely look into that. My fatigue really made it difficult to exercise but I haven been getting back into it and feeling better, definitely nothing intense or vigorous.

Go to an ENT and get your thyroid checked. It is cheap insurance. I'm a thyroid cancer survivor, although honestly I had it pretty easy. Mine was removed in my late 30's and I was told the cancer nodule was a slow grower, so had probably been there many years. I was starting to get tired easy, sleeping a lot more, gained some weight.
My ENT found it with a simple physical (with his hands), then confirmed with a scan and biopsy.

I'm not trying to scare you, just don't rule it out. Caught while very young is best!

Those symptoms sound like a methylation problem in my view..do you suffer from seasonal allergies?

would you elaborate on the link between methylation issues and what OP is describing? that's intriguing

I can't really do it justice but, methylation is involved with turning on and off biological processes and if it is over or under, it can reek havoc on energy and mood. apparently it has an inverse relation to histamine which is why I asked about seasonal allergies..Chris masterjohn has some pretty good videos on it.
