Aggressive Serotonin reduction

Hi,
I'm so glad you have a new forum. (I was banned twice from the old one and never told why.)

Anyways, I'm looking for suggestions from those that have experience with this. I have high serotonin and want to get that down, way down. What are some tried and true methods to do this. I've used Theanine in the past but that sort of makes me drowsy the next day.

Cyproheptadine, quinine and pepcid are some of the serotonin antagonist I've heard of, but in some instances are hard to get. I'm waiting on feverfew which is a herbal alternative and taking a b6 supplement which apparently converts tryptophan to niacin instead of serotonin.

Interesting about the b6. I did not know that it did that, in regards to tryptophan. I have some b6 here and haven't taken any for a long time. I will take some today.

I think it was Linus pauling that said b6 converts tryptophan to niacin for reference.
I'll post back when I have a bit of time in with feverfew though I've never heard ray indorse or condemn it.
