Can reducing serotonin fix spinal scar tissue?

I would love to know or hear any ideas for possibly breaking down scar tissue in the spine. I've been looking into some Russian meds called longidaza which breaks down hyaluron and chondroitin sulfate bonds. I have arachnoiditis adhesive. I know for a fact I have high serotonin. And I'm sure the serotonin and possible estrogen dominance is behind some of this. I got worse after the vaccine as well an ssri.

Yeah has potential to https://www.nature.com/articles/s41598-023-49240-9
and going by that a low fat diet if can get enough calories to prevent fat release & take stuff that inhibits this
& here they showed you can actually reverse fibrosis with antagonising the 5-ht2a receptor, as treatment 14 days after inducing fibrosis lowered fibrosis score https://thorax.bmj.com/content/65/11/949

e.g things that lower estrogen might help as estrogen has a role in 5ht2a binding https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/10869887/ & https://www.redjournal.org/article/S0360-3016(20)32519-0/fulltext , so aspirin if tolerated, gamma vitamin e,
maybe inositol but you'd have to research more idk a lot about it
cyproheptadine if you can tolerate the side effects from its other action
chrysin maybe (not sure) if you can find it isolated
grape seed procyanidins https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/abs/10.1111/jfbc.13723

& idk about any research showing this one healing existing scarring but ive seen people mention Serrapeptase. not through serotonin would be through directly breaking down excess if it does. silk worms use it to break down their cocoons

fibrosis shown to be reversable in humans in lungs https://academic.oup.com/qjmed/article/111/1/47/4318831 & liver https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/9412303/
& Vitamin D plays a big role in preventing it and maybe even reversing it, could try it topically

& fisetin might be worth looking into (but will lower DHT hormone as a side effect)
