I was thinking to go for topical, and I did use in the past a Pregnenolone cream this way with good result, but I have heard some concerns about topical hormones accumulation into the lymphatic system.
In a video with Georgi and Mercola, it was mentioned how Preg Pro and DHEA when dissolved in SFA can by pass first pass metabolism in the liver, perhaps then orally would be best, what do you guys think?
I want to avoid first pass metabolism in the liver at all cost with these hormones
