Been doing peat's style nutrition for at least 8 years by now. No alcohol. Not overweight. Regular sports and strength training.
Lately I increased my sugar intake. All metabolism signs are up: more energy, better sleep, higher pulse (82-88), etc. No negative side effects. However my latest abdominal ultrasound shows signs of fatty liver. Any ideas?
