If I was in your situation I would book a session with Danny Roddy who suffered from very similar problems and is as close to speaking to peat directly as you'll get.

I can't really do it justice but, methylation is involved with turning on and off biological processes and if it is over or under, it can reek havoc on energy and mood. apparently it has an inverse relation to histamine which is why I asked about seasonal allergies..Chris masterjohn has some...
Just buy progeste or the idealabs equivalent..lots of "progesterone" products are just crude imitations that target selected resepters but a not bioidentical like progeste
I found it pretty good to break a stress cycle that went on for a few months. 2mg gave me restless legs for the first few nights but ended as soon as my mood lifted.
I'm curious does anyone here eat rays carrot salad and how do you prepare it. I've tried it by grating a carrot down, mixing it with half a spoon of coconut oil and a cap of apple cider vinegar to sharper taste. Any suggestions on improving it would be appreciated 🙂
I think it was Linus pauling that said b6 converts tryptophan to niacin for reference.
I'll post back when I have a bit of time in with feverfew though I've never heard ray indorse or condemn it.
Cyproheptadine, quinine and pepcid are some of the serotonin antagonist I've heard of, but in some instances are hard to get. I'm waiting on feverfew which is a herbal alternative and taking a b6 supplement which apparently converts tryptophan to niacin instead of serotonin.
