23 y/o female experiencing hair loss

If I was in your situation I would book a session with Danny Roddy who suffered from very similar problems and is as close to speaking to peat directly as you'll get. Idealabs do testing if you're interested. https://idealabs.ecwid.com/Bioanalysis-c127040361

    carrot salad

I'm curious does anyone here eat rays carrot salad and how do you prepare it. I've tried it by grating a carrot down, mixing it with half a spoon of coconut oil and a cap of apple cider vinegar to sharper taste. Any suggestions on improving it would be appreciated 🙂

    Aggressive Serotonin reduction

Cyproheptadine, quinine and pepcid are some of the serotonin antagonist I've heard of, but in some instances are hard to get. I'm waiting on feverfew which is a herbal alternative and taking a b6 supplement which apparently converts tryptophan to niacin instead of serotonin.
