"Concentric only" strength training

I have been doing concentric only strength training for a about a year and a half with great progress, using olympic barbell and crash pads. Does anyone know of any machines that can be used for "concentric only" strength training?
Any research/study on the topic will be much appreciated as well.

I think concentric exercises are overrated. Natural human movement, like squat, is both concentric and excentric. The key is the amount of exercise. Anything that is more than 1 hour per week is counterproductive and harms health. That leaves us with 20 min strength training per week spread in 3 weekly sessions. Less is more. (There is a YT video about this where a guy goes over scientific evidence for this)

Archery. A bow with heavy draw weight is good exercise, just have to train ambidextrously so you don't get lopsided.
