Seems to me eyelids are especially vulnerable to low atp states over time because the eyelids are in such continual high rates of use .
its also interesting how people with twitches commonly mention this in eyelids. as ray mentioned muscles fail to stay in a fully rested state without enough atp , a sign twitching is a low atp state
